Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹1000 across India. Our goal is to keep shipping straightforward and customer-friendly.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide to most major countries. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your country and the weight of your order.
All international orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

International Payments 

Only prepaid payment methods are accepted for international orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).

Order Processing & Dispatch

Our warehouse team operates Monday to Friday, ensuring that every package is handled with precision and care.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7 working days from the date of placement. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link and number via email or SMS so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Tracking & Delivery Assistance

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share the tracking details directly with you.
If you experience any delays or issues with delivery, our customer care team at care@sonaira.in is always ready to help ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Order Cancellation Policy

At Sonaira, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please email us at care@sonaira.com or whatsapp us at +91 8235823666 with your order number and request details.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our return policy (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and assist you promptly to ensure a smooth experience.


Returns Policy

We take immense pride in crafting products that reflect quality and care. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

You may initiate a return within 2 days of delivery, only if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
We do not accept returns for used products, opened items, or returns based on personal preferences (such as texture, fragrance, or shade).

Received a Damaged Item?

While we take every measure to ensure your Sonaira products arrive in perfect condition, damages can sometimes occur in transit.
If you receive a damaged item, please write to us immediately at care@sonaira.com with your order number and clear product photos.
Our team will review the case and assist with a quick replacement or refund.

Reverse Pickup Service

We offer reverse pickup for most pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, our team will share alternate return options.

Return Policy for International Orders 

We currently do not offer exchanges or refunds for international purchases. However, we are working toward introducing this option in the near future.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Return: Email us at care@sonaira.com with your order number and issue details.

  2. Pickup Arrangement: Our courier partner will collect the product within 3–4 working days. Please ensure it’s in its original packaging and unused condition.

  3. Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 10–15 working days.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or overuse.

  • The product has been used, opened, or altered.

  • The product is returned without original packaging, tags, or labels.

  • The return request is raised after 2 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued within 10–15 working days after product inspection.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued directly to your UPI account for a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for your preferred item.


Important Notes

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or purchased with discounts/coupons are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Please read product-specific return details on the respective product pages before purchasing.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 2 days of delivery for eligible cases.

This policy ensures we maintain product hygiene, quality integrity, and fairness for all customers.

  • Personal Sensitivities: Returns or refunds for skin reactions or personal preferences (such as fragrance or texture) cannot be accepted, as product efficacy and sensitivity may vary individually.
